Whats this loctite thing? Only for prototypes i assume?
No, it’s for everyone. If you remove the screw holding the magnet and actuator to the shaft make sure to use loctited when putting it back together.
@butteroj would you be able to tell us if there are any new updates on the status of the Magenta? The last one I saw I saw was this:
I am currently testing the final PCB/software/mount combo. Should be getting all units programmed this week then it’s shipping time. The end is near

Is it done? 99%. Made a couple of tweaks to the firmware. Testing it over the next couple of days and it should be done and ready to ship in the next week or so.
Is it even any good? Lol. It is without a doubt a game changer and the best lever I have used in my 25-30 years of using arcade sticks at home and in arcades. I do not work for PAS so this is not a required statement from me as I do not have any vested interest. It is the best available, the best ever made, and I don’t foresee anything taking that crown away for a long long time.

The time is almost coming. Hopefully it will live up to the hype. Though, as of late, I’ve tried the Golden Fanta Project and a WASD input covert and with this one it’s going to be interesting since there’s a lot of advanced stuff in it as well. Gotta love how these community based projects are coming out for the public to try out.
Great news guys! Final firmware has been approved and programmed and boards are enroute to PAS from their software engineer. Shipping to commence soon!
I am so looking forward to this. I’ve been playing on pad this entire time. What’s shocking to me is how much easier modern fighters are to play on pad (DBFZ). I switched to stick so I could play MvC2 at the arcade (and it was hard to play it well on pad IMO).
Call me impatient but how soon is too soon to ask for an update on this?
