@armi0024 Do you plan to release more info and hopefully a video showing the design of the stick, shaft and base measurements and what accessories work with it(JLF shaft covers etc) close or at its release? I don’t see much about the product except for what’s on the PAS site, tiny photos, a 3 year old video and someones written review on a prototype unit.
Same here, ordering from Canada on PAS I always get an error on PayPal. Always figured it was something on my end… anyways, ordered one very excited to have this chance.
Is their a video explaining the software?
A review? Butteroj, your thoughts and experiences? This is PAS so quality isn’t a concern. I would however like to know a lot more about it.
The Evo vid with the background music drowning everything is difficult to understand.
I’ll be making a video soon and will write up my take tonight when I have free time but it is without a doubt the best stick Ive used in 25 years. Damn I feel old.
My question regarding the lever is did they replace the board on the TE2+ they used to demo the unit at Evo or was it stock? I’m slightly worried I may need to replace my board to install the thing if it doesn’t have a 5V output.
Secondly is the position of the micro-switches if a user leaves them inside to simulate clicking. Wouldn’t that interfere if said user also increases the throw range, since I’m assuming you cannot change their position.
Right now mainly SFV and Mahvel. A little Injustice when my kid wants to play.
First thing I did was adjust the rotation so up was 100% up, down 100% down etc. i have profile 1&2 setup. 1 is for SFV and Marvel, 2 is for Injustice. Injustice is way more sensitive in regards to when the diagonals trigger vs the capcom games. Using the standard setup and my custom profile I was jumping and ducking when trying to dash. A quick adjustment with the software and all is good again.
I don’t fully comprehend. Did you rotate the map/make the diagonals smaller/adjust it so where YOu flick the joystick Up is now the Up area on the map?
I need this arcade stick…I need to wait until Christmas has passed beforehand tho.
First thing I did was rotate the whole assembly in the software a couple of degrees to level it out. Then I adjusted how wide the cardinals and diagonals were to fall in line with my playstyle and the snsitivity of the game. For Injustice I had to make the diagonals smaller.
Ordered. I really don’t even care about Christmas. I’ve. Been a good (34 y/o) boy, got the AFS 6 button case, and talked @butteroj ’s ear off about the beauty. Can’t wait to hear @armi0024 and Co. unleash to the masses!
@butteroj Question about profile switching. I know there’s going to be a button header, but will there be headers/pin connections for LEDs to convey which profile is selected? I assume the LEDs on the stick itself is supposed to show which profile is selected. If I can’t get into the case to press the button directly on the stick, I’m not going to be able to see which profile is selected if that’s the only way to know.
I do believe so. The header for the mode switch button is 4 pin. The onboard led also is 4 position showing which mode you are in if you have a clear bottomed case.
