A local arcade of mine has a machine for this game. From what I’ve played it’s pretty fun and it’s got some interesting characters (Hideo, the Accountant of Fury). I’d never heard of the game before today so I’m assuming that it didn’t do too well… shame cause it was good fun! Is there anyone that still plays the game around?
It didn’t do badly, the first game did great (although I can’t say much for the sequel) and many of the characters from that game were in Capcom cross over games.
Ono and other Capcom members wanted to make a Rival Schools 3 for PS4 so we can just hope for it to return for now
