Problem with my Game?

Sorry if this is not the right forum to be asking this questions…
My issue might be a super easy fix but I just can’t seem to figure it out. My problem is if I am on the left side of the the opponent I can perform a hadouken or any other attack, but once I jump to the right side of my opponent I can’t do any attacks, I try to do a hadouken I just end up jumping in the air.
I am on the PC using a Mad Catz TE Fight stick.

Also does anyone know how to do a complete fresh reinstall of the game? Every time I try to Uninstall and reinstall the game it just saves all my information from before the Uninstall even if I delete all the folder directory’s I just end up with the exact same settings and game information instead a brand new fresh start.

make sure your stick is set to DP, and also check in your settings that you have your controller set to arcade stick and not controller. Also go into training mode with input display on and see what your inputs are like when you are on the side you are having issues with.

That is what I have done so far but nothing seems to work. I’ll make a short video later and then that will probably show my issue much better then me trying to explain it.

a few questions:

  1. how long as you been playing on an arcade stick before?( were you a pad player or just a stick player)
  2. what kind of stick do you use to play on? how much use do you put it through?
  3. what model/make is it?( may not be that important, but still useful information)

Turn on input display to see where your issue is and practice equally on both 1p and 2p side.
