Problem with double jumping. please help

Hello there guys, Im trying to pick up Trish for my team and im having problems double jumping. I was doing her missions a couple of days ago and i got to one mission and now im stumped. The inputs were:

Crouching light -> Crouching medium-> Crouching heavy -> Launcher -> Super jump -> Air medium -> Air heavy -> DOUBLE JUMP -> Air medium -> Air heavy -> Finisher.

I don’t know if im doing an air dash or a double jump (its very confusing to me at this point because all of the other double jumps were more simple to pull off.) It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me resolve this problem (also i am very sorry if i was supppose to place this in the dojo. Im kinda new to this thing) Thank you very much

I had this problem too when I first picked up Trish a while back. What you have to do in order to get all the air hits in is make sure that you delay the first A.medium. You have to hit it like…

S…A medium, etc. etc. etc.

NOT

S…A.medium, A.medium -> D.Jump -> A.medium -> A.heavy -> Finisher

If you try to hit it too quickly you will have a far less chance to hit it since depending on character size she’ll out jump them with the first A.medium.

What you have to do is delay the jump after the launcher.
