I’ve been using a HORI fightstick 3 for PS3 for about 6 months or so. I haven’t upgraded the buttons on it or anything. Recently, when I push the button for square (top row second button) it seems to activate the button next to it (triangle) at the same time.
Is there a way to fix this or do I have to end up buying a new stick?
sounds like a bad solder job or some kind of short on wire. if you opened it up, you might be able to tell just by looking if its a bad solder or not. could re solder the joint or replace buttons if you wanted, though you may not know how or be inclined to do so.
I don’t know if this will help or not but here’s a pic of the PCB. The solder seems good to me.
