You’re looking for the Tech Talk section for that kind of question, but I’ll answer it here anyways.
The Hori FS3 only worked with certain USB chipsets. The easiest work around to this would be to get a powered USB hub to plug it into.

If it works in some games and not others then it is not a hardware problem. So you shouldn’t need a usb hub i it already work connected directly to your computer. What do you mean analog isn’t working? Does it have a mode to act as an analog stick?
