Not just that but on just about EVERY tracker I know of, actually making someone PAY for an invite is considered a ban-able offense.
and you would think with all those trackers that dude’s on he’d know not to sell them

For those with Blackcats accounts, can you log into them? For some reason, when I try to log in, it doesn’t log me in. When I use the recover function on the site, it doesn’t send me any e-mails. The same thing happened to my roommate who I gave an invite to. I’m starting to think that I’m banned or something and they didn’t tell me.

BlackCats works fine for me. Are you using the secret “start-up company” page to log in? You need to know your key word.
