man, school replaced torrents for me. 
as much as I <3 demonoid (been around two weeks now?), it pisses me off that my upload does not get recorded, but my download does. my theory is since demonoid is essentially a public tracker, I’m uploading to non-demonoid members (demonoid torrents get thrown around like grenades), and the tracker therefore doesn’t count my up as legit. furthermore, since there is often no incentive to seed on a public tracker where ratio is irrelevant (this is why the internet sucks, but that’s a rant for another day), the people who seed and whom I download from are most likely demonoid members themselves, and so the tracker counts my down. wonder if this shit happens to others?
maybe it’s because I’ve been grabbing the shit I meant to get before demonoid went offline… it explains everything. but why bitch further?
surprised I still have my blackcats account, too. haven’t used that fucker since iono. ought to give it away, huh?
sometimes I wish the whole damn demonoid tracker was private but it’s certainly not gonna be ol’ oink, regardless.

demonoid’s ratio doesn’t matter, does it? i figured it’s basically like a public tracker. except, you know, with invites.

Blackcats invites are still disabled. It is possible for Super Power Users (and maybe Power Users) to get someone in but it is much harder than before.
