That has been my issue as of late. She’s not big into technology, so telling her I’m going to spend friday night to play video games means I’ll have an angry girlfriend.

Zach- I will definitely be on the hunt for those Preacher figures. It’s crazy how they look so bad in the online images and so great in person.
eBay has 'em. Jesse’s the best, Cassidy is pretty good, Tulip is decent, and I’m not a big fan of their Saint of Killers. (When you think about it, his general character just isn’t very visually excellent.)

I’m thinking about potentially trying to host a raffle tournament in December. Tourney entry fee buys you one raffle ticket, winning 1/2/3 gets you “X” raffle tickets. One prize is the cash (maybe with a Christmas bonus?), maybe an MS software, not sure about anything else, you can only win one prize… thought it might make things a little more interesting that way (?).

If it’s a video game tournament I got the complete first series of SF 2 comics and the SF 2 animated movie on vhs that I can offer for prizes along with maybe some stickers.

If you were to hold tournaments, I see no reason why buy ins shouldn’t be at least 5 dollars. But out of that list you offered, I would vote for 3.
Preppy tournament’s were always $3 from what I recall before we got close to Evo, it was nice to just drop a few bucks for a great time hanging out.

So it is to my understanding that even if you take first, you might not win the money as the tournament entry fee is one of the prizes of the raffle.
I think 2 or 3 bucks is fine.
My thought right now is that first is guaranteed a prize, since each event would have two prizes, or more if people want to add stuff.
