Had a great time this weekend, good to see all the usual faces there. Wished HDR would have had a better turnout, but everyone that played was pretty good so it was still a lot of fun.
Hoping to make it up to Cleveland for SS, so we can finish off the 2v2 HDR team tourney, LOL.

First off good job Nathan, for your first tourney this was great and it brought a lot of good competition out. I’m sure 2011 will be many times better, and I’m glad you got so involved with the community to give us something like this. A big thanks to Jesse too for helping run things and giving us the awesomeness that is Arcade Legends/Legacy, can’t wait to play 3s on cab.
Dayton/Cincy/Nky- Always fun hanging out. Keith, thanks for lettin us stay over, I’ll definitely try to get some healthy TVC comp for you. Nick GG’s in 4, we always have to play each other in losers, it sucks. GS to Lindsey for beating Humbag as well, downback Rog all day son. Indiana- Bah I barely got to play any of you guys outside of tournament. Mario, sucks we couldn’t get some 3s in, I’m in town another week if you somehow wanna come back down to AL and play. Webster- Thanks for running the mystery tournament, I had a blast for sure. Until Cardinal Syn…NEVER AGAIN! I was so hyped that Slam Masters got on though, you have no idea. Always great to have you around hyping up stuff that isn’t SF4 lol.

Webster - Great talking with you as well :). The Tekken matches were fun, don’t take my serious face seriously. My problem is breaking throws, mostly due to not paying enough attention to the game. It’s a little easy to distract me when players play around sometimes…I still respect it though! Also, you’ll have to come down to Dayton more, I have casuals at my place fairly often. You’ll have to bring more KOF:MIRA. That game is…flashy!
Quan - Lay You Doooooownnn. Also…I owe you Pizza Rolls. They uh…disappeared.
The Legend, Mike South - Mike deserves “The Legend” in front of his name. If you did not have at least one Mike South moment at PowerUP, it’s because he is too GDLK for you. That guys is too much fun.
Dayton Crew - Glad we are still representing strong these days. The Mixtape should be something to fear :). I’m going to let you guys know though…I’m taking my time with this one the more that I think about it.
Walker/Amir - I know you guys as a team now…it’s hard to separate you two. lol. You guys are cool crowd to be around…I hope to see you two more this summer at all the gatherings!
Ghaleon - Thanks for being one of the few outspoken players who keep the UMK3 community alive. That game is beastly! Come to AL more, we need to play more games!

Dude I really do like KOF – Linwood has gotten me hype on it. It’s the perfect stuff for me because it doesn’t take that long to learn or get into it (which is what stops me all the time from learning Tekken – too lazy). I’m def looking forward to XIII. Yeah man, even if we only have like 5 people I think we’re running 2002 for sure at SS, come up and get some people into this! I obviously haven’t learned much in it yet but I love the engine – and Linwood always wants to play so I’ll keep messing with it and learning.
RealKT - Yeah, UMK3 is too serious. It’s mounting a semi-comeback right now so I hope people are getting interested in it. It’s pretty easy to pick up as a side game.

im kinda angry with my performance in SSF4 outside of the auction tourney and casuals… i was doing so well, and learning so much while teaching ppl how to get out of Cammy’s hooligan tricks…
my last couple tournaments have all went the same, i lose to someone who is basically out of my skill range which was Keits this time around, i almost had him, but you were right i gotta lay off the tricks when it’s clutch time, and then i always get knocked out by Arkayne… it’s always Arkayne… i dunno man i think we should have a good spirited money match or something next time we meet… what are you’re thoughts on that?.. although i’m dissapointed in my tourney performance overall it was a great learning experience and i learned ALOT… next time i’ll have to redeem myself

Yin: I doubt you’re that fast! I got a 00 against SolCal and I’m not ashamed to say I jumped the gun at the right time. Next time you’re in town I would love to see these 01’s and 00’s you’re talking about. My fastest legit time is 04. Anything lower than that means I guessed at the right time.
I definately won’t forget your handle so if you’re just talkin’ smack to try and sound sweet you better keep your head low if we end up crossing paths. 
Keits, if we could just make an “I hate Keits” thread in general discussion, and then link that in the first post, I think we can keep this thread about shout outs and tournament results. I’d make the thread myself, but you don’t know me too well and you’d probably give me an infraction or something, plus, it’d be funnier if you made it.
Nathan, idea for next time I just thought of. 1.) When choosing a team Ohio, give AL 2 quals, Columbus 2 quals, and give Cleveland 1, and try to keep them at different days. This basically gives Cleveland 3 qualifiers they can reasonably travel to without too much trouble, instead of making them travel all the way down to Cincy if they even want a shot at being on a team.
