I like how people have clocks and these massive backgrounds with nothing cluttering them. That’s really what I’m interested in. I’m running xp and have no desire to switch to vista.

then get some wallpapers that can be found around the net
you can use iconpackager to put new icons in…
calander, your best bet is rainlendar or yahoo widgets.
Google Sidebar can get you…uh…a sidebar. It’s similar to Vista’s sidebar, but the difference I found is that you can resize it [and you don’t have to have Vista to run it].
[Note: Says you need XP’s Service Pack 3 or greater.]
That’ll get you the clock and extra stuff that some people have.
Most cool wallpapers can be found on deviantArt. Just type in your resolution in the search bar to browse through some walls.
I only fugged around with ObjectDock for a little bit, so I can’t go into too much depth with that one. I usually just use my Start Menu and Quick Launch to open programs anyhow.

and the rest is just my hdd and my os x 10.5 dock, so nothing worth posting.
I suspect he means this. It’s a minor bug that XP has that’s never been fixed to my knowledge.

Here’s mine.
It has to do with me setting my config so that the taskbar is auto-hidden.
But from what I can remember, I think windows has a setting to where icons wont go below the taskbar.
