Random: I think you have to get software to be able to use Skins. XP alone doesn’t support them as far as I know. A few programs have already been mentioned on this page that you can google.

Oh, my desktop is in dire need of a clean up. I also used to have StyleXP but I THINK it made my pc crash last year sometime. I dunno, I don’t really remember why I don’t have it anymore, but that’s the only reason I can think it could be.
