Winamp does let you sort by artist. I dunno about the newer versions, but 2.91 lets me do that.
If you don’t want to use Yz I suggest objectdock.

Have A few upgrades planned for it tho, Might go ahead and install OS X.
But either way I have put that machine back to work, It is currently my web server.
ew… memory management in OS9 below is HORRIBLE. I would not recommend running that as a webserver. upgrade to OSX asap. What are you running for your webserver?? Apache? Webstar?
If you are running OS9.1, are the specs of the mac not fit to run OSX? I know some of the older machines are a pain in the ass to install OSX. And to dual boot OS9 and OSX is even more of a pain.

I know OS 9 is not the best choice for A web server, But it’s the only one I have that I am willing to leave on all the time.
It’s A 7500/100, Old as dirt, But I already have A sonnet 400Mhz G3 prossesor installed.
RAM upgrade is next, I’m looking at A minimum of 512 but 1GB is not out of the question.
After that all I need to decide on is weither to go with an ATA 133 PCI adaptor or hunt down A larger scsi HDD.
I can use XpostFacto to install OS X.
To keep it simple all I did was turn on web sharing then route the requests through my router (Is that A double negitive?).
It’s ugly, but it works for now.
After I upgrade to OS X I most likely will be using apache.
