SO I took to browsing the wallpaper section of 4chan, yes I know it’s a terrible hive of scum and villainy but fuck it, fuckers know wallpapers if you can get through the closeups of shit covered dicks.
They keep flaming the new guys who ask for wallpapers in 1920x1080. Why is that resolution so bad?
I was messing around with Rainmeter and here’s what I got for now. I’ll have to dick around with the RSS feeds to get the news I want, but other than that everything is pretty cool. All of it totally unnecessary, but I’ll roll with it for awhile. As for 4chan, I peep over there for /wg/ and /hr/. I dunno anything bad about your resolution though. If you like, you can go peep 4walled. That’s where I go nowadays for wallpapers. I give that site two thumbs up.

I went apeshit customizing my desktop, and this is what I’ve ended up with so far. Plan to do some more with it. First pic is without my object dock. Second is with the object dock in view. I’ve got all types of neat shit, like the binary clock at the bottom left, that gizmo shit at the bottom right, a picture viewer that scrolls thru any picture folder of my designation every few seconds, my facebook feed, my gmail feed, and PS3 IGN news (I wanted TekkenZaibatsu news at first, but I couldn’t find a RSS feed link, so I hooked it up with SRK news feed, then I switched to IGN), among other things. I have like 10 things that tell the time and 20 things that tell my CPU usage and RAM, but I don’t give a fuck :lol: it looks cool as shit!

I like how the layout is setup. Linux Mint huh? I’ve been meaning to try that out but from what I understand it’s just a remixed version of Ubuntu so I’ve been putting it off.
