Im at the PC most of the time, its all hooked up through the TV though, just like sitting in comfy office chair whilst throwing tantrums at SF4. Lid is off the PC under the TV as its not supposed to have an ATI 4870 and Duo Core overclocked at 3.6Ghz. Its a media center, its fine in winter tho lol.

itās a bit of coincidence for me as well. I recently got offered a new apartment and my asian girlfriend agreed the ok that iām going to dedicate one room completely as entertainment room.
Still remember the nice moment i had 3.5 years back when i just met my girlfriend and revealed to her first time i do like gaming. I got my psp out and started to play SF2 Hyper Fighting. i selected Ryu and when she started to hear the hadoken, shoryuken sounds a bit later she asked if i was playing street fighter 2? She later told me that she used to play it sometimes on her Super Nintendo she used to own in her past. Iām happy my girlfriend likes gaming as well.
Iām going to create a dual screen setup existing out of 2 Asus VW266h monitors
one xbox 360 elite, 2 TE sticks + hdmi splitter in our new apartment soon.

i dont get why so many of you have flatscreens. Those lag like a bitch. I dont care how much you think it doesnt lag chances are there are 2 - 3 more frames of lag then a CRT. They look nice but still.
I donāt notice any lag, and if there is you wouldnāt even be able to tellā¦ Iām fine with my HDTV flatscreen, its big and games look incredible on it.
Not every model lags. Most of them actually did research to make sure they were ok before buying.

I donāt have the money to be thinking about researching a flat screen so props.
Got lucky a few days ago, guy at EB gave this to me. Bought a cheap ass poster frame from wal mart and cut it down so the poster would fit. Itās a 22āā by 28āā poster. LOVE IT

Thatās an extra coolness point for your girlfriend SFPlayer! I wish mine was into gaming but at least my kids are now old enough to give me a challenge.

That looks very nice indeed. Iāll keep my eye out for one of those.
I play more shmups than fighters and I really donāt notice any lag. It helps that itās a really good flat screen tv I have, of course. I prioritize watching movies anyway, and Blu-ray really wouldnāt be that interesting if Iād kept my 32" CRT

From what Iāve been told the models used at Evo were pretty much lag-free (the reason for the lag was the trophy bug thing, not the tv itself). When I say it doesnāt lag I mean it falls under the treshold of actually affecting your gamplay even in the slightest sense. Iām not 100% but I believe thatās 2ms.
Response time doesnāt equal lag.
