Okay, My coworker lied to me, hoping that I would rush down there to play it only to find it absent, but we should have it by friday. Sorry about the confusion, but we’re gonna get it, I swear. The game’s been shipped and everything, plus they’re gonna have one at each wunderland location. The only reason we don’t have them now is that the distributers like to make us wait because the owner of the company refuses to pay full price for games.
Nakima. it’s gonna be the same kind of machine as the one at the tilt, and the cards are probably still going to be five dollars, but still, 25-35 cent games is a good deal.

For those who dont know, its a whole fuckin dollar a game at the tilt. And when i went to watch team america at the tilt yesterday (hilarious) they had a tekken 5 poster that said “coming soon” i didnt check to see if it was around though. Avalon is obviously the better deal even if you still have to pay admission.

And there is probably going to be a 4 person team tournament in portland sometime, I dunno how its going down or when, but if you want info, Ill give it when I get it. I think its being done mostly in part through one of the other gaming clubs at PSU. Where we have weekly meets for fighting games, apparently they have weekly meets of Halo 2. Supposedly theyre going to be working on a very large tournament and may even have prizes w/o any entry fee.
okay, still no tekken at the avalon, the latest I heard was that it might not get here til january, but my manager only told me that so I’d feel better about it if it came sooner. I don’t know what the hell is up with this though, we’ve already paid for it, the distributers should really fucking get it to us already.

I just came to the realization that I haven’t been to any arcades in Portland since I moved back up here(reminded how much this place blows compared to Dallas’ scene). Does Tilt have a fucking MVS yet? Or are they stupid enough to buy the standalone machines like all the places here in Vancouver?
