Wait does Synchronize only activate when the Pokemon is on the field the entire battle? Because I’ve been using my Synchronize Ralts in the front of my team, then switching to my battling fodder Pokes and the caught Pokemon don’t have the proper Nature.

As far as I know, it works the same as it always has-- 50% chance of wild mons having the same nature as long as it is at the front of your party. I usually just let my Synchronize mon faint and leave it at the front and get the same results.

I breeded one already.
Now I just need an Adament Torchic and/or a Hasty Zoaroark.
I thought the synchronizer can’t be fainted for the 50% to take effect
I have adamant dance, thunder fang, ice fang tyrunts. IVs are not perfect since I lack the good safari dittos and power items.
