So… apparently somebody beat me to this, and actually put it up as open source already. haha. Instead of sniffing the web traffic, they just pretend to Be the app and get the data directly. Smart. Im gonna have to dig through the code later.
Valor is for manchildren that set their username to AshKetchum69420 and go outside wearing a cap and a green vest.
Mystic is for neckbeards that spend 16 hours hatching eggs to raise a perfect EV Mr. Mime.
Instinct is for college dropouts that have discovered the perfect combination of weed and craft glue.
Also a tip for you guys. If you have not been throwing your pokeballs with a curve you should start practicing. As you get on to later levels your balls start to curve on their own for some unknown bullshit reason that I can only believe is to make you waste pokeballs so you end up buying some. Since curving my balls I have lost much less pokemon and seem to have a greater chance of catching them.
Its a glitch, mostly caused by using berries I think.
I used about 100 pokeballs tonight, caught a charmander, a machamp ran away after 1 throw/break out, a charmander escaped me too, gained a level and a half, and overall had a blast. Around 50 people at the park playing, then at the other park there was a spot with 3 overlapping pokestops lol
Also, people were dressing color coded. Red shirts for Valor, Blue Vests for Mystic… and yet Instinct managed to color coordinate themselves wearing Neon Green of all colors :looney:
The funny thing is that most of the people playing and rioting in parks over it are all adults. There is a video in central park where a huge crowd just stormed in one direction over a Vaporeon and not one of them was below legal age.
Well it is a damn annoying glitch but curving my balls has stopped me from losing alot of pokeballs. I lost 50 on a charmander once because of the auto curve.
I don’t get it either. I saw a video of a dude getting out of his car and left the car running in the middle of the street. I’m not a thief and normally don’t wish bad things on people but I kind of wanted someone to hop in his car and take off. The game is fun but it doesn’t mean people should be losing their damn minds over it and acting like they don’t have any sense.
Man i got a spot downtown that has about 4 overlapping pokestops. Whenever I see lure modules there it tends to be on all 4. Gotta stop by there sometime if only because there’s a squirtile in that location and I need that bastard.
Hmmmmm instinct and Valor sound too real dawg. I could be the sole instinct in my area doe…
Finally reached level9 to get my lucky egg. Also caught a disgusting amount of Rattatas and pidgeys. Still maintaining a steady supply of 150+ pokeballs doe because of having 3 pokestops where I was at.
As for the team I joined, I went with team instinct. It’s a smurf account with bulblasaur so I can afford to test things. Once I log back into my main though i’m staying independent.
So I set up the pokemon go map app, its pretty cool. Definitely look forward to playing around with the source code and seeing what I can do. Being able to see all the pokemon in a 1 mile or so radius around me is exciting, I put it at one location near me and saw where the Pikachus were! Time to start working on this and get a prototype up and running : O
