Already have one. It has 0 IVs in Speed compared to my Quiet Natured one that has 29.
A 0 iv Timid Houndoom is still faster than a 31 iv Quiet one at lv. 100, with full ev investment.
10% Nature bonus + 63 stat points > 10% Nature reduction + 94 stat points
