i’d get rid of protect on chansey. when using protect, it needs to be doing something more than scouting for moves as this can backfire tremendously when you predict wrong. give it seismic toss over flamethrower (flamethrower isn’t going to do much off of a base 35 SpA) and give it SR as you lack those on your team. give it full SpD EVs or make HP max, up to you
i’d give heatran HP ice if you can over dragon pulse (most dragons are 4x weak to it while the others usually want no business with heatran) but dragon pulse is fine if HP ice is not an option
give lando-T stone edge over super power, his EQ hits chansey hard enough so there’s no reason for superpower. i’d give lando-T full speed EVs when running a scarf but it’s w/e
i wonder if vensuar would work better over tangrowth with the same moveset, mostly because it gains stab on sludge bomb
the movesets for the most part seem fine, it just the team synergy seems weird. i’m not 100% sure if offensive heatran is for this team as this is a bulkier team. the standard specially defensive one looks to have more synergy. also i think your team would benefit more from a slow u-turn lando-T instead of CS lando-T. gengar seems out of place but it’s freaking gengar so he can do what gengar does. i hate the chansey set, flamethrower might catch a scizor off guard but that barely 2HKOs scizor anyways, it only runs seismic toss so that it can do something when taunted

This team does what your team does but I think it’s a little more optimized. This team screams for sub/dd gyarados but it’s entirely up to you.
