Megas are ridiculously powerful and they are impossible to balance around. Smogon is trying to and it’s causing a lot of backlash. While I give them props for attempting, the efforts are in vain. It probably would have been better to ban them All and let them in slowly or do a non mega ladder.
On the other hand, mega mawile I retardedly impossible to switch into and just destroys teams after 1 set up turn, with a typing like that isnt so hard. He 2hkos max defense ferrothorn with play rough. Its stupid
Megas are powerful yes. The way I see it is that Megas are the main feature of this generation, everyone has access to them. There should be no reason to take them out to have them fit an older generations playstyle leave that stuff in the past. Constantly removing these megas you might as well just go back to gen 5 or 4 if you want.
Or just quit singles because its clear Doubles is the way to go. Come to the light!
