Gen 5 is still my favorite generation after 3. 6 is Sinnoh-tier outside of select Pokemon and mega evolution. It’s beyond me as to why the elite four and every gym leader after Korrina did not run a Mega Pokemon. X was by far the easiest main game I’ve ever played on a handheld.

Mega Audino is very cool to see since it was basically a poor man’s Chansey without Seismic Toss. It looks damn cute too!
It still has the Healer ability which limits it to doubles and multibattles, but with that Normal/Fairy typing giving it Ghost and Dragon immunities, only two weaknesses (Steel and Poison), increased defenses, this marshmallow is gonna be a nice defensive partner.
It has Wish as an egg move, Heal Pulse, Toxic, Thunder Wave, etc. If it can learn Seismic Toss from a Move Tutor then Mega Audino will rival if not outperform Chansey and Blissey no doubt. I’m predicting a stat spread like…

Why would they give Mega Slowbro shell armor? Technically they are different but if it can go Mega from being a Slowking or maybe there will be a Mega Slowking. But real rap shell armor sucks.

Meh. Regular Slowbro is already pretty tanky even with all the Dark and Ghost attacks flying everywhere and that, at least, gets to wear Assault Vest, which even dumping all of the “free” 100 points that going Mega achieves wouldn’t quite equal depending. On top of that, it’s not like going Mega gets you anymore HP and, even as someone who plays defensively, Shell Armor does kinda suck, especially on a Mega.
It also looks stupid as fuck, but that’s par for the course for Megas. Audino-Mega looks actually pretty cute surprisingly even though regular Audino isn’t all cute for me. It even has a fluffy little (organic) stethoscope-like hair. Dawww…
