Let’s see, over years Smogon tries to elongate play by limiting everything.
The DBZ CCG community? 10 years for a dead game, they added cards, banned little (Cosmic Backlash is kind of bullshit) and their hard work is rewarded with a revival.
I know they have nothing to do with each other and the circumstances are completely different but damn it the DBZ TCG community makes me proud and Smogon makes me sick.

And they pretty much got rid of Aegislash to make it easier to get rid of Mawile now that one of her checks is gone.

I agree it shouldn’t be banned. It is an amazing pokemon and I see why it is being tested since they did ban Aegis which was stupid as well. Cofagrigus doesn’t do shit to mawile btw knock off has a 58% chance to OHKO it. The thing people have a problem with is its typing is good enough to switch into a lot of things and force it out and get a sub or SD and that can end the game against certain teams. Yes build teams better I 100% agree.
The recent bans have been awful and can’t really be rationalized. The bans before in Blaziken gengar luc and khan all made sense because those pokemon were far beyond the power that should be used in OU. They all work fine in Ubers even luc.
My main point is don’t try to counter Mawile with Cofagriugs lol. Mawile usually runs with a healer so it can be used again later.
