Fucking my Delphox and Charizard with no lube after it bounced my Ferrothorn’s Stealth Rock!
I’m at Battle No. 45 in Super Single Battle.
Battle No. 44 was horrendous. I start of with Mega Mawile and use Sword Dance thinking Chesnaught is free. This thing outsped me and had Earthquake. I switch to Talonflame after almost losing Mawile and go for a Bulk Up thinking Chesnaught is still free and I didn’t have to Brave Bird just yet… THIS THING ALSO HAD STONE EDGE.
I lost Talonflame and I was left speechless. I go to Ferrothorn, take a Hammer Arm, and use Thunder Wave so that I can set up Stealth Rock. I was able to wear down this dumb Chesnaught with Iron Barbs and Rocky Helmet b4 I lost Ferrothorn.
So I’m down to my Mega Mawile. I finish Chesnaught with Iron Head (barely). Then the AI sends in TALONFLAME. Thank God I set up Stealth Rock! Finished it with Sucker Punch. Then the last Pokemon was Carbink… Iron Head to the win.
I’m gonna have Chesnaught nightmares.
Man I remember when I made it to the boss in super doubles and used earthquake that resulted in killing one of my pokemon. In an act of desperation I reset the game as I’m about to lose only to find out that I have to restart anyway boy did I feel stupid.
And you lose all the bp you earned during that session iirc
Battle No. 45 had Terrakion, Cobalion, and Virizion Latias…
Jesus Christ! The boss probably has Arceus, Kyurem White Form, and Mega Mewtwo Y.
Edit: According to Serebii the Chatelaine Scrub uses the Genies… starts off with Landorus with a Choice Scarf.
Basically I’ll start with Mawile, she’ll use Earth Power as I switch to Talonflame and be locked into it. I’ll Bulk Up to max Attack and max Defense and sweep her with priority Brave Bird.
I hope the recoil will allow this… and I hope I survive the next 4 matches to even attempt this strategy.
Yeah, they start busting out a bunch of legendaries once you get to battle 40+.
First time I did it with a team of Talonflame, Garchomp and Aegislash. Lost on battle 57 against… a CurseSeed Torterra.
Lost at Battle 48.
Hawlucha was free, but a Talonflame took out my Mawile, and my 5IV MAX SPEED GALE WINGS TALONFLAME. It was down to my Ferrothorn vs… Ninetales.
My Rotom-W from Black 2 will fuck this entire Maison with ZERO lube.
You guys do realize that the game starts stacking teams designed to counter you the more you win, right?

Getting to 50 isn’t that difficult. The real challenge comes AFTER you achieve 50, and the game starts blatantly cheating and haxing in your face…
Just wait until Cresselia shows up… Just try to not throw your 3DS up against a wall.
Unless Cresselia has secret Fire or Ground attacks Mega Mawile will just Sucker Punch her and Ferrothorn will stall her with Leech Seed/ Protect.
Has Cresselia been retyped as well to fairy or are no post-bank pokes retyped?

This game definitely cheats in favor of the A.I. HAX is very common for them and not you. Also, how does my Play Rough miss 3 times in a row and 5 times total…in one battle?! Bullshit, that’s how. I’ve never even missed it in a Wi-Fi battle.
