I upgraded from a paper mask to a canister respirator…best $20 I ever spent on protecting myself (aside from safety goggles) in my workshop.
I would be interested in an SE plexiglass panel if you were to produce them.
So make that two interested parties. 
Just curious how much the flame treatment would up the price for all sides. I have kids that use these and i wouldn’t want them to get small pieces of plexi in their hands.
Just FYI, the cuts on all sides are technically smooth enough that chipping should not occur (unless ur intentionally chipping it). You won’t get pieces of plexi on their hands unless you’re tipping your joystick upside down, rubbing the sides against a file, then poking it with a knife. The flamed sides makes it so if you happen to rest your palm on it for long time, you won’t feel edges to make you uncomfortable.
I think an example would be to find a 90deg edged table and rest your hand on it. After a while ur gonna feel that edge. But if you scrape against it, chips of wood isn’t going to come out.

But another food for thought. The 1/16 is pretty thin. The Flame polish to it is very light as it could melt/warp the thin plexi pretty easily if too much flame polish is applied. I can take extra care not to warp your cover, but probably don’t expect super rounded corners =)

I’m sure you will get a TON of business for these things. Especially at that price. I just spent $30 for a TE polycarbonate one from md72582 in the Trading Outlet. To me, it is well worth the $30. There are a crap load more HRAPs out there than TE’s that can take advantage of your product.

Question, do you have to use “screw-in” type buttons for this? Will the added thickness of the plexi make normal snap in Sanwa buttons unusable?
He did mention on his site that Sanwa snap-ins should work with no problems. I just ordered two 332s off him.
