Can someone explain these Kat rumors to me? I’ve been told a lot of back and forth statements on it so I’m confused as to if it’s real or not.

I’m gonna say it looks fake (both), but I would really like to see Kat in the game (DLC or not). game needs some female representation and some flying/primarily aerial characters too. Kat is a perfect fit.
I’m glad this game is coming out and I think its the best time for it to. Really excited for it. Never understood why people compare it to Smash so much. They act like smash is the only beat em up fighter out there(Digimon rumble arena) Either way this game has combos meter management and neat setups. Did I mention I’m excited?

I got into the beta, but I am still trying to figure out how everyone plays, so I’m not doing so well.

I think he meant that was the actual stage picture, rather than the one with Kat.

so in those IGN demo vids, heihachi’s lv 1 apparently seems to only take half a meter instead of the whole thing. intentional? glitch?

Each level requires different amounts of AP to fill up and it will only spend the amount of AP required for the level and not a whole bar. For example, Sweet Tooth only takes like 3 or 4 shoulder rams to build a level 1, but it takes much longer to get to level 2. So if you have near level 2, you could get 2-3 level 1 supers out of the amount of AP you have.
This is a stretch, but remember that old Paul Gale hint at the number of characters?

I guess I’m just super skeptical about a roster that sized because it seems like they’re STILL ironing out balancing stuff for the cast that we’ve seen so far. I can’t imagine that they’d be able to successfully do that with that many characters. I could definitely see a handful more, but not that many.
