From what I played at EVO Radec is only good if you ignore him and let him do what he wants. The second you and probably others start actively trying to attack him he’s got dink for answers to it. I heard the beta is an older build from the one at EVO though, so maybe he was better.

They also talk about the leaks, and say that those leaks don’t show off everything in that game, since it is from an older build and outdated. I personally hope that means more characters

I only played some of Heavenly sword, and I thought it was pretty decent. Need to go back and play it more.

Ellen(Folklore)
Must people here probably don’t know of this game, but you should. It is a very imaginitive, fun PS3 game way back in the day. Heavily based around isrish lore, you play as both Ellen and Keats, trying to solve a mystery. In the game you enter mystical worlds where you catch montsers and use them as part of your attacks. Different monster spirits gives your characters different attacks, and you mix and match 4 them to give yourself a unique moveset whenever you want. to solve and fight effectively. There was going to be a sequel, but it just barely failed the board by a few points.

The HDN games are extremely popular in japan, and pretty decently popular here. Made by Compile heart, you play as Neptunia(nepgear in the second one), the personification of the Sega Neptune The canceled system. She is a goddess of one of 4 lands in her world, each land ruled by a Goddess that represents a different system. Noire is the representation of the PS3. Black Heart is her Goddess Transformation form. They have different forms of attack, and perhaps switching between forms, or having the form change be part of a super, could work.

First time in a game im hoping a character i play is OP , maybee they make a sequel for those that did not buy or play the first, because it was released when no trophy system or any games were on ps3 and the system was like almost 700$…

I forgot about Folklore. That game was awesome. Would totally dig any of those characters showing up. I don’t expect it to happen but some Genji characters would be nice too.

I have yet to fully beat the game, but I enjoyed the bit I played. I think they over used the motion controls a bit. I remember hating shooting arrows with that one girl.
They should re-release it with trophies and stuff.
It was awesome. Shame it was overlooked by many people. It is quite beautiful and imaginative.
Im hoping if she is legit and in this game her level 3 is kai shooting arrows first person…Lol shooting the arrows butt hurt alot of folks, i thought it was the best use of the sixaxis ever used on the ps3
Is Folklore and it’s characters owned by Sony? I liked that game but that came out a long time ago didn’t it? Played it at a female friends house, it was much better than I thought it was going to be.
I always loved the main female’s design, it’s rare to see a female lead have actually good clothes on in a good game.
It was released a year into the PS3’s launch. A month after Heavenly Sword. Considering Ninja Theory developed that game and whatshername is in. While Folklore’s developers are now disbanded they had a closer relationship with Sony than Ninja Theory.
Folklore, known in Japan as FolksSoul -Ushinawareta Denshō- (FolksSoul -失われた伝承- FōkusuSōru -Ushinawareta Denshō-?, lit. “FolksSoul -Lost Folklore-”) is an action role-playing game developed by Game Republic and published by Sony Computer Entertainment.
Game republic looks like they have mainly made PS games, except for 2 cases. it’s the same company that made Genji. I think you can think of them as either 2nd or 3rd party company.
So she has a chance I guess, as does Genji. Though it sounds like the company shut it’s doors in June of last year. Not sure how that effects the rights for these characters. It also seems that they were very close with sony, and their titles funded and produced by sony as well, so maybe Sony has the rights after all?
And yeah, I was glad they didn’t sex her up, the exception being her alt outfits, which is fine.

yeah but i think sony own the heavenly sword IP, Nariko got in because there has been a small vocal group that have been yelling for a heavenly sword 2 for a while ,for more nariko and kai, because of the ninja theory hate…this is a gesture to shut us the fuck up or to maybe see if it brings more interest to the ps3 release Ip for a property im pretty sure they own, but could be wrong
Hmm, when Seth was in Capcom, all kinds of shit were leaked about their games. Now that Seth’s in Sony, all kinds of shit is getting leaked for this game. Do I see a pattern here? o_O
That would be amusing, but I am not beleiving this “leak”. Sure, maybe it was posted on their site… but there are so many things wrong. Like You can see Jin and kazuya in the back ground, as well as Ryu Hayabusa and Naruko. If 3 tekken characters sounds fake to you, their poses are all taken from other games!
I think Superbot is trolling people. A troll leak in response to the other leak.
I hardly think Namco or Tecmo would be very cool with Superbot using their characters and artwork on their website just for shits and giggles, especially if they hadn’t licensed their IP. We know Nariko is in the game, and we’ve been told there will be more characters in the final game than evident in the beta version, so I don’t see any major reason to write it off. I wouldn’t necessarily be super excited about getting Heihachi, Kazuya AND Jin personally, but that’s not say I find it impossibly unlikely.
As for Seth’s involvement I sure hope he didn’t quite Capcom only to be responsible for making the god damned website for this game. And unless that’s case I fail to see how he could have anything to do with this leak. (I mean, I realise that the comment was made jokingly, but still)
