DC 3s is the worst port of the game. People probably won’t wanna play. If I felt like bringing two sticks I could maybe find my dc converter but… dc 3s is unfortunate. A lot of slowdown issues and lack of unblockables (not a big deal for most)…
Except that you know, the dreamcast port is the most faithful to CPS3 harware and the only port played at any large-scale tournament including Evo '09 and backwards.
But I can bring my stick if you don’t want to bring 2.
Also, I don’t think I have ever experienced the game slowing down at all.

I love your confidence behind this statement, but there are some holes to your story. Yes Dreamcasts were used at EVO 2k9. For MvC2, 3S was on ps2 iirc via anniversary collection. Each year that they’ve had 3S was either on Anniversary collection for PS2, or on an actual arcade cabinet.
And like Elias had said, the DC port for 3S wasn’t an arcade perfect port. So it wasn’t used in any large-scale tournaments.
ill vouch for it too, dc 3s is not arcade perfect. ps2 is the better port, and is the one of choice but shit if you just wanna play 3s its better than nothing

Duggish the tournament will get under way around 6:00 as long as i kno u guys are coming i can hold it off for a lil while, we can run it on as many as 5 screens so even if we started late we can still zoom thro it
