I just piled my phone on top of boxes until it was high enough and then set my phone up against a bottle to record. This match was pretty laggy since he was japanese, so I’m gonna try to get some better matches up. You can see my favorite twitch combo at 2:20.
The match played out completely normal, it was weird. Unlike your glitch the match I was in, the dude was a legitimate part of red team. In the lobby , there were 5 people on red team. The extra guy was below the 4th on red, it created a slot that didn’t exist and when he left, no slot was there. It said 8/8 players so no one could join blue I’m assuming, but its these kind of glitches Id like to figure out how to replicate. I reckon it has something to do with the invite system.
Also, my team lost. Not by a landslide though. They were mostly inexperienced and this was a few months ago too.

Course it is a weekday, but for a while there… we had BR’s going on a daily basis on weekdays. Where’d everyone go
I write a guide and everyone up and quits. I feel sad. PS+ needs to offer AR for free. How awesome would that be? I think someone mentioned it ages ago.
Oops. Totally meant aKWH. Probably the most reliable combo-ender I’ve found with MAthilda since it her aKWH hits like a train. It’s super-easy to go from her W-cH loop to her H-*W-H loop into this.
AR’s population mostly seems on in the morning and during the weekend. Every other time bracket seems pointless to even try.
It pisses me off that there is almost always just enough people to fill a room up save for one spot.
7/8 and we wait damn near 20 minutes before someone either joins, quits(often causing) or the host leaves.
That said this game has suddenly gotten a bit more lively, I’m assuming because school is out and the younger Anarchists are getting on a bit more.
Yeah it causes hard knockdown but…
It might work online, CPU gets out of it offline but offline isn’t a good representation of what can work. It looks kinda close. I’ll try and test it on people tomorrow.
Was playing a team Battle yesterday morning when this weird/cool glitch happened. Gunrunner dropped off a bunch of boxes and I picked up a Satellite LAser. Just as I used it, the game assigned me as Squad Leader, cancelling out the SL animation with the Team Leader assigned cutscene. Somehow, this resulted in me getting INFINITE SATELLITE LASER AMMO. I managed to get like 4 kills with it before the other team killed me. Was pretty gross
How’d they get you that fast? You can spam that laser almost instantly back to back, shoulda been decimating the entire enemy team.
Satellite laser is BS in TB, it auto-seeks the highest scoring player(which is almost always the squad leader) and if you send out both laser back-to-back as fast as you can the 360/dodge trick won’t save you.
Thankfully most people don’t know this so it’s rarely a problem for me.
Anyone else find themselves letting the game sit at the menu while you’re doing something else just for the music and atmosphere?
Actually in TB, the laser targets the leader always. Regardless if someone else currently has a higher score. It’s every other mode where it targets the highest score. Except Tag Battle. I think it only targets a high scoring player who’s near you. Cause one time I was in first place, and the laser didn’t target me at all. But I was super far from the person who fired it.
A quick jump into practice mode unveiled a few new things to me today.
Douglas has a way to legitimately combo into aHKW. Before, he did not. It was only lag.
aW-aW(Jump Forward)-aW-aHKW works on a grounded opponent for some reason, aW-aHKW doesn’t work. I think it might have something to do with the wonky hitstun combo mechanics. This basically is a GROUND COMBO. It’s not a juggle. Still, combo is a combo and if you 360 after 3 air jabs, you’re weird :x
Btw, since tactical rolls isn’t essential here I have “Guard” on damage taken, meaning the CPU raises its guard as the utmost second its available for them to do so, basically “true” hitstun combos on the ground.
There’s also a ground loop that forces your opponent to 360 break, you can infinite someone with douglas+the garbots air weaks. Just keep jumping forward and time your jabs correctly. Fucking LAWL man.
I’ve actually tried jump canceling Mathilda’s H,*w,H into her aKWH and it doesn’t work. The opponent has enough time to roll away.
Dangit, every time I did it, it worked. Maybe its because they didn’t expect it. I guess back to the drawing board.

Oh, cool! I see you around a lot. You get better every time I fight you. Don’t take the deletion personally, I’ve deleted a lot of people that I thought stopped playing AR, and then I see them on again in like 2 weeks and I feel like an idiot, but oh well.

I leave to make myself a milkshake and I come back when the game is almost over and I couldn’t get any momentum or kills, so I came in second to last place. Then almost everyone leaves, then my power strip turns itself off for some reason and my PS3 and TV go off with it, for a second. I come back to the lobby and even more people left.

BR just wasn’t meant to be today, It was practically all I did. Sit in BR and wait for people the entire day, in the middle I played a few TDM’s with DZ, and before that, sat in Cage to no avail. In and out In and out. That’s the second BR I saw fill up today that dispersed rather quickly. Kinda annoying.
Maybe I should focus my AR time later in the day, instead of the middle of the day.
Lol. I signed on and it looked like I missed all the action. Sad
