I still can’t get over that IGN review. Even though that it is probably just some “journalist” giving the game a shit review after getting bodied in multiplayer, it pisses me off that some people still take their reviews seriously.

I think the red eyes is a more literal use of the phrase ‘seeing red’. The people it affected are ready, able, and more than willing at the point in time to kill the others in front of them. Kinda like how it used to be thought a bull will charge at anything in its path if it sees red.
Please note I still haven’t completely, totally gone through black side, thinking I have to start it over.
No more Cage Match. Literally every time my attack clashes with my opponents, only I get stunned. Literally every single time.
It’s like shit, why dodge Perkins’ attacks? Attack him while he’s trying to hit you, you’ll get a free KWH!
This game is fun, but I don’t think I can stand too much of it at a time…

This game NEEDS a system link mode. I really want to experience lagless cage matches, team DM and free-for-alls.
I need tips on how to not be free. I’m not sure what kind of combos I should go for so I mostly just do heavy into an air combo or something but even then that’s hoping I don’t get hit by my opponents light attacks into whatever big combo they do. Also I have no idea how the dizzy system works. Sometimes I get hit by a 360 attack (both with normal and KW attacks) and get dizzy, other times I just fly off. I mostly use Jack and Fei Rin but had some fun doing the KW glitch with Bayo as well.

Had no idea survival was available without dlc, I guess it’s mad survival that I am missing? Beta got dat Infinite on point, ran into him in random TDM matches. Just damn at Bar Bot in Mad Survival, he’s superior to Cybrid Joe in hard mode single player since you can’t even knock him up. He’s like mecha zangief!

The dizzy system is kind of mysterious, but I have read that it happens when you are hit during certain frames of start up and after your attack animation.
Don’t be afraid to do juggle combos, it is the only way to do real damage to people and punish them especially if they know when to 360 and dodge. And EVEN MORE SO if you use Jack.
The best strategy against a person with good defense is to bait out a 360 with a couple of light attacks then block and punish them with a launcher into BNB aerial combo. If they are still hesitant to throw out a 360 against normal attacks, throw out a light KW then block to scare them into 360ing because most-likely they won’t want to eat so much damage.
Are there any strings that Jack and Fei have that can launch outside of a raw launcher?
Is it true that the huge characters are element-less? Perhaps in theory…they can catch any ball. This means Gargoyle is the perfect goalkeeper. Has ranged ballstealing and catches any element.
am i the only one who saw that ghostface killa reference when facing baron? i finally got some time to play black side today and i was like haha, thats dope as fuck.

I don’t know if you noticed this but Oinkie and Gargoyle are OP in survival, you cant compete with them unless you steal their executions.
I always figured it had to do with clashing and getting beat out by a strong enough attack.
