damn i suck at this game
If anyone has a lobby running, add me. I’d rather lose to people I sort of know than complete randoms. Also tired of people leaving the lobby to try to find another one, just to come right back.
Wish the AI would stop cheating in Single Player and denying me my plats. No health and they “Magically” get SS mode and blatantly cheat for a kill, then they go back to normal afterward. Bringing down my overall score by a lot.
No sir, Jamestown McMotherfucker fucks you, not the other way around.
Fuck the fucking CPU. Hate these fuckers.
If you see the CPU with a Kayoken(SP) aura on it, then that means it has rampage waiting. Best bet is to run away to make sure you have high health.
Actually when you beat up on them their Rampage gauge builds up. The AI has a habit of using it near death, I like it because that is what most people do online anyway.
You’ve got to either Rampage, juggle, or combo into a KWH to prevent that bullshit.
Only person I ever lost to was Zero and Gargoyle. Try to save your x-factor thing until they’re at about 30% and then use yours. They will try to burn your rage mode out by blocking, just combo them with KW until you guard break and go God H.A.M on them. If I’m not mistaken, you can farm enemies on the world map until your get your rage up too, along with items.
I just beat the game, and for some reason I can only level select all the white side levels, but not the black ones. Do I have to beat the whole game over again from the black side or something?
I apologize fellow SRK members, the amount of ass I kicked tonight is disgusting.
I won like 3 BR’s with the maximum kill limit(12) and one of those was 12-0.
I know you guys were salty because I was getting multis left and right, and I was stealing all of your kills and getting away with it.
There was point where I killed three people at once with just Douglas’s rampage boosted KWH, then immediately after that I killed two more people at the same time with the same move.
I think I might have to start maining Sir Jamestown McMotherfucker
How is this game? I can’t afford it now since I spent a lot on steam sales recently but AR is probably the next game I’m buying. I have really high expectations for it to be as close to Powerstone 3 as we’ll ever get. Does AR require strategy against real people online or is it a button masher? Not very important to me but would be great if it was a legit fighting game like experience.
If some people were frozen or you saw a tire during that, I was the one who did that lol.
i wish deathball wasnt dead:(
Some of you guys gotta learn how to play this game smart(at least BR).
Tips:
1.If someone throws a tire or spear at the person you’re fighting, stop fighting them and turn around or you and/or the person you’re trying to kill are both killed by who ever threw the item.
2.If someone kills you once or keeps killing you, stay the fuck out of their way unless they’re not facing you. Going after one person more than others will only make you lose due to the amount of time wasted and the fact that you won’t get as many kills.
3.When things like microwave array or poison gas happen and the person you’re fighting has more than half of their health you need to stop attacking them and get to safety instead of being a stupid ass and getting yourself and the person you’re attacking killed.
4. When you get rampage and you attack someone, if they seem to get away from you every time you start attacking them, leave them alone and find someone easier to kill. Instead of wasting you rampage for one meaningless kill you should be looking for a group of enemies to spam your killer weapon in.
5. When a round starts it isn’t always a good idea to fight the closest person to you, chances are they’re either better than you, have some ridiculous bullshit that’ll get you killed, or there are more people around who will interrupt your fight and kill you and/or the person you were fighting. Try to find people that are either distracted or wounded.
6.Don’t waste time with long combos outside of DM, CM, or Tag DM, the only reason to do this would be to try and get the combo bonus at the end of the round.
7.Try to get as many bonuses as you can at the end of the round, seriously, most people just try to get kills, those bonuses can be make or break.
Mindlessly mashing is the quickest way to get your shit pushed in. This game most delfino requires strategy considering everyone minus 1 character has some broke shit. The AR vets could give you a better rundown, but this game was one of the best 30$ I spent . * throws 2 cents into a river *
This game requires strategy.
See what makes this game really different from other online multiplayer games is how it forces you to play smart, cunningly, and ruthlessly just to win. Stealing kills, abusing the defense system, spamming your characters good move(s), doing infinites and glitches, teaming up with the enemy to take out the leader, fighting over the person with the lowest amount of health like stray dogs going at a steak.
There is no fair fighting in this game, its just winning and losing and a whole lot of bullshit. You see they balanced this game by making every character(except Chaser man Jack) broken in one way or another, It sounds crazy but it actually works really well.
This game also has a very good combo system, there’s a lot of crazy shit you can come up with.
When you win you feel fucking awesome but when you lose you’ll be spewing salt.
“fighting over the person with the lowest amount of health like stray dogs going at a steak.”
This might be one of my favorite things in this game.
XBL, gonna host some deathball. Gimme your tags and I’ll invite.
Deathball makes me saltier that any other mode in this game. I need to play it more.
I fucking hate deathball with a passion.
