Alright, I just went into training mode to do this Mathilda loop I got hit with.

Not an infinite

The block shortens the recovery.

Just hold block while doing the combo, really easy to do.
It’s a natural combo so you don’t need to Heavy jc AA jL to start it, although you can.

Yeah I’m taking a mental note of the mutants.
Some of them you can stagger them with KWL or KWH until they’re near death (light red fire).

I’m still trying to make the most of Rampage mode. I think spamming KWL or KWH vs mutants, at least with Ai Rin, is giving me the most bang for the buck in Survival. jKWL is too stronk. I just see a crowd and do that shit, 3-5 mooks dead.

Survival, and Mad Survival if you got the pre-order codes, it’s you and 2 friends against the CPU in 10 rounds.

Hold heavy until under half jump height, let go and immediately hold it again. If you do it too early I think you’ll still get air KWH, too late and you’ll start charging a ground heavy. My only problem with it is that if you do any sort of relaunch you don’t get the cinematic KWH, you just get the shockwave which is a total waste since you actually have to spend another two bars for the KWH. I know you said Zero has a 100% combo, I would like to know what that is. If Zero can combo into cinematic KWH after a relaunch or two without them being pressed against a wall, this should be very damaging, but otherwise no.

I need to get rid of this Leo avatar. Either he’s low tier or he just doesn’t work on people who suck, I’m much more successful picking someone with a braindead gameplan like Zero or Ai Rin, and despite not liking it that much am probably at my best with Bull anyway, though the way he shreds through scrubs probably has something to do with that.

Here a few highly damaging zero combos, with the last one being a 100%. All of them are quick too.

You get 8 unlocked at the start, none of the Rin sisters are unlocked. You unlock characters by playing the story mode, or ranking up. By rank 20 you get most characters except I think Gargoyle.

Few questions…
How is the ranking system?
Single player good?
Can I play with arcade stick, efficiently?

The single player is phenomenal. Like I said one of the best tales Platinum has ever told. I admit that’s not a hard accomplishment since most of their stories are over the top and mostly gibberish like Bayonetta lol. There are a ton of optional side quests but they are all fun.
Every time you beat a level you get a rank:
Bronze
Gold
Silver
Platinum being the highest

If you don’t die once during a level you can usually achieve a platinum rank. Some levels have time requirements and some are points based. You can play a side quest over and over but the main missions can only be replayed again once you beat that specific area. There are five areas in the game with an average of three side quests and three main missions. You could actually play this game with an arcade stick but I recommend gamepad. Especially since you have some weapons like sniper rifles and rocket launchers which require dual analog stick.

You can unlock all characters via the campaign. The last character can be unlocked by beating both red sides of the game. AKA beating the whole game starting off on the white side then beating it starting off by the black side.

Did you set the dummy on “tactical rolls”? If not, do it then try the combo again, I’m sure it won’t work.
