As you already know, Arc System Works currently runs their latest game, BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 off of their new server system NESiCA which only works in Japan. This has prevented any arcades outside of Japan to obtain or run the game. That is until now! Arc System Works has granted Planet Zero Anime Center in Houston, Tx permission to be a test location for BBCS2, the first and only location in America!
