X-mania/SBO matter about 10x more when trying to determine high level ST than EVO.
Evo 2k2 Jumpsuit Jesse got top 8 (Fei), 2k4 Choi got 2nd and also used Guile, Wes Truelson got 6th with Ken, Seth got top 8 with Honda. 2k7 (warning, this was CCC2), 3rd was AsianHitler (Ken), and 4th was Lang Nguyen (Guile)
The “low tier” of ST really should only include Hawk and Cammy IMO, everyone else is completely viable, and even those two are deadly when you’re good with them.

Hey man. I think the argument is that in the long term cammy isn’t a competitive character. In any one competition she might win because “in ST anyone can win”, but there is a bell curve for results and she’s out at the edge two standard deviations from the mean.
