When I play OE, it plays smooth when I play someone with an 88-120 ping but when I play someone over 200 it’s terrible. I asked someone what my ping was and they said 233. Can someone explain whats going on? Thanks for the help.
That’s just 3S Online dude. I think the threshold for a playable connection is about 130 maybe 150 ping. Anything more than that is unplayable. That’s just how it is. 3S was not designed to be played online in any way, shape or form.

I almost never get connections below 180, and when I do they have a freakishly high chance of idling eternally, or ducking me for no apparent reason. 
You can have stable connection but high ping ( > 90 - 100 ms ) , it will be playable , minus the input lag . Higher is the ping ( connection stable ) , the more you will feel the input lag .
But if the connection is not stable , like moving from 50 ms to 90 to 45 … it will be unplayable . It will causes roll back , freezes and if the connection is very fragile , crash .
