yea but probably only initially because their reasoning was due to the blocking animation…but the game is slower than normal according to that anyways.
Speed is a huge factor in hit confirming. The animation will just take time to get used to. Besides, one of the biggest aspects of hit confirming is what happens just before the hit - which just takes game knowledge and understanding to focus your intuition. At that point, I’m sure it will be very easy to pick up on blocking animation.
It’s too tough to say what will happen until the games play is developed.
Ryu can cancel specials off of his sweep, which was brought into question before. Good read.

screen was fixed at the price of high damage.
damage is scheduled to return to default monday, hopefully along with timer speed settings (for some reason, increasing damage was the solution to reducing time out victories)
