I dont know anything about photo editing or have any software.
I would appreciate it someone could modify this pic by
–getting rid of the white “border” around the main pic
–adjusting the pic so it isnt crooked
–improving/sharpening the pic quality (its an old crappy pic, so i can understand if much cant be done)
–erasing the light white splotch and rainbow effect at the bottom of the pic

done, on #1 I just edited it by sharpening the quality and improving the brightness/contrast. on #2 I took the liberty of completely digitally removing someones arm that was covering part of your suit.
