by chance do you know how to get japanese font to work on CS? i tried downloading some but nothings working and all i need is “Ninja FightStick” >_<
Well, I can’t seem to figure out why it’s not letting you select the Feather option while on your render. This indeed perplexes me.
And I am afraid I do not know how to get a Japanese font pack to work in CS.

If you have Japanese fonts installed and you see the actual text instead of boxes, you should be able to just copy and paste it in as a Text object.
If this isn’t working for some reason, you could always printscreen to take a screenshot of the page, crop the text you want, and then paste it into your photoshop document.
I thought of that but I may use Japanese text in the future. I have installed Japanese text into the Fonts folder but I probably did something wrong.

Are you able to see the Japanese text in your browser? If you can, give this a try… I’m not sure if this is unique to my computer, but I’ve found that in order to get Photoshop to display my new fonts, I have to actually browse to the Windows/Fonts folder. Not sure why this is the case.
Start>Run>C:\Windows\FONTS
*Assuming you’re running Windows and let it install in the default location.
After doing this, I find that the new fonts show up in Photoshop also. Maybe this will fix your problem?
It works but if I copy and paste from firefox, it won’t work. Though I get the Japanese text, I am tryin to get this from wiki
