Is there a way to change or print out this image file so that all the white area in the middle will not print, ie if im printing it out on clear vinyl, the white area will just be clear? I can send someone the real file if they can help me out. Thanks

Make sure the white is #FFFFFF and you’ll be fine. Might want to double check the printing settings aswell.
