can anyone give me some links or so to some good photoshop CS3 Tutorials? I just got it and I wanna learn how to make Siggies/Avatars etc.

cs3 is basically the same as the other creative suites. there are a lot of new features that make work flow that much faster, but the new UI is a little confusing. the reason i think they change the UI is so that the user can customize it to suit the users needs. but all the new icons and the idea that stuff doesnt HAVE to be where they used to be is kinda annoying.
why dont you like CS3?

when ever I dont have my tablet pluged in, PS cs2 wont load, it says something about hardware missing aka my tablet is their anyway to fix this, so I dont have to have it in all the time? my tablet is a wacom intuos if that helps.
Protip: Tutorials for older versions of PS still work on CS3.
Yeah that’s prob why. Everything is so confusing on the new one and I don’t have a new pc so it runs very slow on my machine. PS CS1 runs very well tho and it does the trick.
I’d Recommend starting out with 7.0 or CS2.

If you ever want to color a sketch, have the sketch one layer, then add a new layer and set the blending mode to multiply, and color on this new layer.
yea. cs3 is RAM hungry. i prefer cs2 over all of them. but im kinda getting used to the locked dock and all that stuff. its not half bad.
