Sup… looking for some players when I go to the Phillipines. Im from Pensacola, FL, USA. I’ll be in Manila from May 5th to the 22nd. I’ve had experience playing the top MvC2 players and I play with one of the top MvC2 player, Mike “Mixup” Mixon Evo 2003. I play TTT, T5, MvC2, 3S, and a lil bit of A3.
The alex player drew first blood in our team. He eliminated the previous champion (yun) w/ Alex, but lost to an SA2 Oro. 5 unblockables in a row.
Next tournament will most likely be on July…

SM = shoe mart. it’s the widest chain of mall here in the Metro.
SM Megamall houses a lot of good T5 players…
i dunno, never played tekken… but they held monthly tournament for T5 at Mega.

I brought my Canadian friends to Philippines early this year and some of them want to retire there when they are old. People in Phil are geniunely friendly and seem to laugh alot which is always contagious.

blah… im back in the states… so sorry i couldn’t make it up with you. ill hopefully be back by december. i was obligated with so many things… first week i was in santa cruz… then second week was the wedding. then the rest of the days i hung out with relatives. i did get to go to sm mega mall and play a tekken player… i didn’t play for long… also in st. lucia. i got accustomed fast to that place. i love it there. i was in cainta, rizal. which was a lil near cubao and makati. sorry again even it was close. i did a lot of traveling back and forth to paco and quezon city. malate and baywalk was too bad ass. hopefully ill be back soon. i didn’t have access to a computer as much either to keep in touch. hopefully this time ill get ur number in advance because ill get a phone while im there. i was using alotta peoples phone. id rather live there than in the usa to be honest… but i think ill be traveling there more often now.

I just got back from the PI, I was hanging out mostly in Quezon city. Hopefully I can go back either in December or next march.
Anyone know where I could play ST, or KOF (98,2k2, Neowave?) I was at SM Fairview and no one was on the XI machine, and I never even SAW an oldskool SF2 or ST machine anywhere. I couldn’t seem to find a game I played, or if I did, no one was on it at the time. The only Filipino I got to play was my girlfriend. :sad:

i think they play on saturdays or fridays…

and about those double jets, i do that vs. every character now. vs. elena and Q, you can do doubles without EX, but the other characters require and EX -> fierce Jet.
