So Jiyuna did you get any hands on time with the game? What are some of your detailed impressions of the game so far? I already know you come from a Melty Blood background, and I used to watch you in some Melty Blood match vids from Battle By The Gazebo on Sp00ky’s and Sibladeko’s channel, so I’m curious to hear your impressions so far.
Reading that interview makes me hope that they at least add Yukari and Junpei in. Sure P4 had a more colorful cast, but it would be a shame to not include more P3 characters.

Meant to answer this before, but never got round to it.
I’d like to think this game will bring in a decent amount of numbers. It’ll bring in BB/GG players as well as Persona fans who might not have been all that interested in fighters previously. The overall presentation of this game is really snazzy, which helps too.
More matches. Kanji’s such an animal lol. Player’s also making use of the 1-more-Burst for positive proration/reduced damage-scaling. Second match features a Teddie with some cool combos. Put them in spoilers so they don’t take up space.

As a music buff, the reason why I keep checking this thread and Dustloop’s P4:A video thread is to see if anybody uploaded music rips. 
What game was lybris from? I don’t understand why this character in the game, when there are so many characters (like adachi) that they could have put in.

Adachi is in prison. Minato is functionally dead. This isn’t a Capcom-style dream match anything-goes setup, they are trying to legit continue the story.
Adachi could swag his way out of prison so fast its not even funny.
Somehow I just dont see it happening. With SFxT adding one more “big game” to the FG market, the more niche games will have even less oxygen to divide amongst themselves. Also RPG fans will play single player and only a minority will transition to competitive play.
With Skullgirls, GG, and VF coming soon, the “not Capcom or Tekken” slice of the pie will be divided into even tinier pieces. Its sad to imagine which will survive and which will be overlooked. As a KOF fan I can only hope that the MLG thing can keep at least that game afloat.
The only scenario I can see this game being even modestly popular, is if the GG rerelease tanks like 3SOE, and BB completes its decline, and P4A picks up the remaining ASW fans.

Really looking forward to this game. August can’t get here soon enough. I’m not seeing much Akihiko play. I’m going to have to change that.
I expect a bigger draw than usual for this game when it hits. Persona 3 and 4 were pretty popular here in the states as far JRPGs go.
I see where you’re coming from, I’m a bit more optimistic though haha. We’ll see when the game comes out.
