Persephone (Unfinished)

Freshly crafted aegis to character/
Grafted with, treacherous dependencies, disasters and expectancy discrepancy/
Settle down little Persephone!/
(Dark horse and chariot plunge to infinity!)/
Phase shift to fixations and Freudian Slip formations/
Sort of abrasive with, the forceful quip, which distorted her face lift/
Now, I can’t empathize with your faceless facets/
Continue dragging your dragnet, dredging up your rock bottom/
Clocked in early today, with burly array of aches and pains,
and intentions suspended,
by Reality’s complexion/
Nevertheless, flexible in regards to Hope’s secular schedule, and
When she pencils me in,
Take careful note of ascension/
My reflection in your iris, unrecognized by even my own set of eyes,
and mindset/
Inspiration ignited yet?/
If I could ring a rope around your black rose demeanor/
I’d choke it clean into abortion/
But such a force is beyond my importance…

This lyric started out as an abstraction and quickly became inspired by a girl I know from my job. We’re not intimately involved or anything, the sentiments are merely derived from astute and clandestine observations of the individual.
