I like CFJ so much cause it brings variety! And to me CFJ is a depends on the player type game even though it has its good and bad matchups!
Every cast has strengths and at least one weakness!(except for Alpha imo!) Alpha’s the best but once again thats my opinion.
Most importantly its one of the few SF games where “EVERY” character is playable/serves a purpose.

I wasn’t expecting much from it when I first got it, but I liked it much better than I thought I would.

I dig the game, I just wish it was 3 years ago so that I would have more time to play it. Me and an oldschool SF friend got together and played probably 600 matches or so over the past two weekends while I was on break (somedays until our eyes and brains were so fried we literally couldn’t see the game screen anymore) and it didn’t get old, it was good street fighter the whole time and we had a ton of good matches with only a few mismatches here and there that made us say “gah, this is hopeless” (yay for Zangief vs. Sakura, Guile, or Karin…). We even discussed on how when CvS2 first came out we could never play this many matches and still remain interested (neither of us can really understand America’s overly negative reaction to the game except under the recognition that the scene here is almost dead).
As for me, I hope to get the Xbox version in time to play this summer online. Even though I will primarily be playing against my good friend of course (it’s apparently work trying to find good comp that won’t mind splitting in their win/loss that you don’t already know on XBL ^^), maybe I’ll play a bunch of you guys then
