Video games in general suck right now. I haven’t played anything besides Burnout and the “new” Outrun game in the past month and then it has just been two sessions with each of those games.
Looking for a job up in Atlanta. If I can find something that meets my salary requirements I’m planning on moving up there.
there are way to many cookie cutter games out these days. Hardly anything original slips in anymore. One company does something different and then 100 of them copy killing the concept.
Most of the games I play are fighters for a reason. They last forever on replay value where the new games aren’t so much like that. They want you to buy it, play it, then buy another one. Only way to do that is to skip on replay value and you’re left with a bland cookie cutter.
Besides, video games these days are to fucking easy. There are countless NES games that are just stupid hard to beat even today. Fuck, some of these games only take a few hours to beat on hard. I remember playing TMNT platform game on NES for over a year and never beat that damn game.
