Ok so were the TE’s at the turtle beach booth bad, or were the PC setups lagging the inputs? The TE’s looked brand new, but I can see that if you get enough mashers on there they could easily be ruined.
Considering what I saw people doing to the HRAPs upstairs I think a TE could easily be destroyed in a day.

my wife talked to a doctor at swedish last night while she was getting stitches. doc said there isn’t really anything they can do except take blood and send it off to the CDC for testing, takes ~5 days for results. Doc said you only need to start freaking out if the chest congestion gets really bad and you can’t breathe.
my fever broke last night and I’m feeling 1000% better this morning. but now the wife has the early signs of the plague (sore throat, body aches, chest congestion).
so my rough time-line of the PAXPlague is something like this
Friday: felt great prolly picked it up from one of those grubby smash kids
Saturday: sore throat, headache
Sunday: no sleep, more of the sore throat
Sunday night: started feeling really bad at bandits round 10:00 by the time I got home at ~2:00ish had a full on fever, chills. shit hit like a train wreck.
Monday: walking death, stayed in bed all day
Tuesday: more of the same, went to the hospital, gave up after three hours
Wednesday: fever broke overnight, felling better, coffee tastes funny though
so yeah, it’s about a two day hell ride from the time it hits full force until it breaks. of course YMMV…
Jackass got me sick! Went to the doctor today, I have the Flu Type A. Could be H1N1, but I’ll recover before they’ll get results.
Doc gave me some meds that will help me recover faster but they have to be taken within 72 hours of infection.

I had a fever for 3 days til yesterday and some cold symptoms, ended up being something else. Felt like shit and ruined my labor day weekend. But yea fuck a swine flu scare.
