Alright! I’ve gotten word from Ethan himself, we will be having a Sunday Super party (Super Sunday Party?) this coming Sunday, May 2nd, bringing in the new game in style~. Expect at least two setups at the usual starting time of 6pm, and I should be bringing my system as well when I get off work, giving us at least three systems to accommodate as many people as we can fit into this house, which is easily 20+. Please give Ethan or myself a call if you need an address or phone number or any other information you can’t find in this thread. There are quite a few new people I’ve met and some I haven’t met recently, so for all those people my phone number is 5 0 3 9 0 1 5 8 5 four. I’m really looking forward to a huge turnout for a fun new game. See you there.

I really like this idea, and I think $2 is a good price of entry for what is most likely a semi-serious tourney. Good shit Sam. If anyone has any other ideas for events and shtuff at Ethan’s, feel free to post 'em here or hit me up irl. Sweet! My work schedule has changed, I will be at Ethan’s house at 6pm sharp, I suspect, with an additional console, so we should have three immediately at the start time (not that there will be a considerable amount of people there until later, but whatever). Hopefully we can get a lot of competition and learning going on, we have quite a few new players in Ethan’s house and I should have my roommate in attendance as well, so one station may or may not be devoted to those really learning SF at one point or another. I think that’d be good for our community in general, especially if the more experienced players can step in and give their comments, advice and constructive criticisms, haha. Well, more like info about the game, really, but it’d be fun to have a learning system, is all I’m thinking.

Yes, we are back. After a couple of weeks off, Super Sundays are back in the house. First and foremost, many thanks to David, Kurt, Val, and others for stepping up to promote the session and lending equipment. My schedule has gotten a little busier, thus the extra coordination with the sessions is cool. Please feel free to contact David (R_Panda) or myself about Sundays, or any gaming relating to the house. I look forward to seeing all the homies around again, Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Woodland, Vancouver, Salem, and so on. We are tossing around some ideas, some fun stuff we may kick off at the crib (tournies, rankings, an open door dojo option, and so on). Anyone who wants to interact about it and give input is welcome to for sure. For new people, feel free to cruise over, we are centrally located in inner SE Portland, easy by bus or car (see original post). It’s good times and chill for sure.

GGs, it was great seeing all the new characters getting played. every time i looked around the room there was a different character on every screen, pretty awesome. and hell yeah Jannon & Danny convincing me(possibly unknowingly lol) to try out Makoto, as well as the mirrors with David later in the night. i had not planed on messing with her tonight, but ended up learning alot about her, thanks to you guys.

Pretty fuckin’ cool. No tourney this week, but we were talking about doing so next week. What kind of things did we finalize on? I know you guys were still talking by the time I left, I’d like to hear where your thoughts went. Anyway, that was cool. See you guys next week.
