PC - TE stick turbo button broke, buttons stuck on turbo

So I have this weird issue. My turbo button on my TE stick has been broken for a long time. When my PC went to sleep, I turned it on and when I went to use the stick, pressing the buttons turned the turbo on somehow.

Now, they’re stuck on turbo. Even worse, my lights are set to that shitty half-turbo so I can’t even confirm lights. Stick is basically bricked. I’ve tried unplugging it, turning the PC off and un-plugging it for a while but nothing, I have no idea where this is stored. Is there any way to “reset” the stick to non-turbo?

Have you tried it on a console tobsee what happens?

Which TE stick?
There alot of revisions and variants over the years. Early versions especially have faulty PCBs.
