Any progress made on fixing the unlocker?
Not much point in releasing a new one at the moment with this announced today.
May as well wait for the next update at this point.
Hopefully they’ll release the lighting fix next week.
Actually, we planned to release this weekend, but I guess we’ll have to wait for the next update… -_-
The only problem is that those Microsoft guys postpone their promises (or even don’t fulfill them at all) more often than not…
By the way, kache, if it’s ready indeed, I’d be glad to test it.
Edit: the release date of Ver. 2012 was officially announced as December 13 (source). I think it’s very likely that the lighting fix won’t come earlier than that.
Actually Sven said a while back now that the v2012 update won’t hit PC at the same time as consoles.
We will need to wait approx a further month for it.
I can’t remember the source for that but i am sure others can provide the source.

Ok, some bugfixing and we’re releasing the unlocker for 1.2.0.1. Since it’s basically ready it would be a waste not to.

Now I know how to remove it later, since it would only make the performance worse on my PC (and they are already horrible when compared to how vanilla ran for me).
By the way, I may be wrong, but Svensson once commented that the fix would be more than simply replacing the files. That’s probably the reason why it’s currently under tests in Microsoft.

First of all, thank you… But, assuming it works, how do you select the alternate costumes?
Also, this initially corrupted my save-data but to be quite honest if you’re then capable of re-unlocking everything anyways, small price to pay.

By selecting the alternate costumes, do you mean to unlock the DLC costumes? I haven’t personally tested the unlocker so I’m not exactly sure if there’s a problem with it and the DLC costumes, but we haven’t added the ability to unlock them. As for corrupting the save data, I’m not sure why it would do that =\

And aye, no idea why I assumed it’d have anything to do with costumes… I know they’re included with the actual game and there was a way to get them for Vanilla PC with a similar unlocker. Oh well ^^
It worked outstandingly here, with no corruption to my savedata. Did you use some unofficial patch other than the unlocker, RopeDrink?
As for the alternate costumes, it merely unlocks their respective 11 and 12 colors (1 to 10 are already available by default upon buying and downloading the costumes).
